Bird of the Day - Robin/Blackbird

The wildlife garden certainly is getting plenty of visitors lately - the two new seed feeders were both empty after one week!

Birds spotted were:
Pigeons x3
Long-Tailed Tit x2
Blackbird x2
Dunnock x2
and Bird of the Day by two votes to one was the Robin which was singing its lovely song for us, in second place was the blackbird which was scuttling around under our scarecrow.

If you have been watching the Nottingham peregrine falcons, you will see that Mrs Peregrine has started to lay eggs and sit on the nest - only a month until we should see some chicks! Here she is keeping her egg warm.
